Led by experienced physiotherapist Kaustubh Chaubal, the clinic specialises in sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and back and neck pain. Kaustubh has a particular interest in complex cases, taking the time to understand the root cause and develop effective, practical solutions.

Kaustubh Chaubal

Kaustubh Chaubal began his physiotherapy career shortly after completing his postgraduate studies at the University of Sydney. He has been treating patients in the Wollondilly Shire since 2006 and has extensive experience working with local sporting clubs, including the Picton Magpies (2016–2017), Thirlmere Roosters (2010–2011), and Picton Rangers (2007–2009).
A key driver behind Kaustubh’s success and strong reputation is his genuine motivation to help people live pain-free lives, supporting them to move comfortably through everyday activities, pursue their goals, and return to the sports they love.
While Kaustubh enjoys managing a wide range of injuries, he has a particular interest in shoulder conditions, headaches originating from the neck, and sports-related injuries. He is deeply committed to ongoing learning and continually refining his clinical skills to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients.
Outside the clinic, Kaustubh enjoys spending time on the golf course and sharing quality time with his family.
